Applications for Winter 2023 have now opened!

Yorchestra courses are held three times a year, during the school holidays at Easter, Summer and Winter.

Easter and Winter courses run for 3 days, and Summer for 4.

There are courses for all orchestras during the Summer and Winter sessions. Because Maestro tends to be made up of players in exam years, no Maestro course runs during the Easter holidays as most students are in the middle of preparing for external examinations. Special workshops (e.g. jazz/improvisastion, chamber music) are sometimes included in the 4 day courses.

The Winter Course will take place at University of York.
